Creamy Tuna Casserole

Creamy Tuna Casserole
Serves  4 – 6

16 oz. package of macaroni or other favorite pasta
1 cup sliced leek
½  cup thinly sliced celery
1 small can mushrooms
2 cans albacore tuna in water (do not drain)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can milk
½ lb cheddar cheese, diced
4 oz. cream cheese
½ cup sour cream
1 tsp. garlic salt (Simply Organic is my preference)
½ tsp. regular salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese for on top

Preheat oven to 350° degrees.  Sauté the leek, celery and mushrooms in the butter until soft.  Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package.  Drain.  Put back into pot. Mix everything together in the pot and pour into a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish and sprinkle the Parmesan on top.  Bake for 30 – 40 minutes.
